Rocky Mountain Supply Foundation
Rocky Mountain Supply is proud to support the communities we serve through the Rocky Mountain Supply, Inc. Foundation.
The foundation is dedicated to strengthening rural communities by investing in youth education with a focus on agriculture, supporting the advancement of agriculture, promoting public education, and funding local initiatives that improve safety, opportunity, and quality of life. By partnering with schools, nonprofit organizations, and community groups, we strive to create meaningful opportunities that benefit both today’s communities and future generations. Through these efforts, we aim to make a lasting, positive impact on our neighbors, families, and future generations.
Foundation Guidelines
The foundation awards grants in the form of cash contributions, with request amounts from $1,000 to $10,000. Requests under $1,000 should be submitted through the donation application process. Grant applications are reviewed and awarded twice annually on June 15 and December 15. Requests supporting political or religious activities will not be considered. How to Apply
Organizations interested in applying for a grant from the Rocky Mountain Supply Foundation should complete the Foundation Application and submit it to scholarshipsanddonations@rmsi.coop.

Rocky Mountain Supply Donations and Sponsorships
At Rocky Mountain Supply, supporting our communities is part of who we are. As a member-owned cooperative serving Southwest Montana since 1931, we believe in investing in the people, organizations, and programs that strengthen our rural communities. Through sponsorships and donations, we proudly support agriculture, youth-focused initiatives, educational opportunities, local events, first responders, and non-profit organizations that improve the quality of life in the communities we call home across Southwest Montana.
Whether it’s helping fund a local fair, supporting youth livestock programs, sponsoring community events, or contributing to organizations that serve our neighbors, we are committed to giving back to the communities that have supported us for generations. We believe these investments help strengthen agriculture, encourage future leaders, and create vibrant, thriving communities across the region.
Organizations interested in requesting sponsorships or donations are encouraged to download and complete the Donation & Sponsorship Form. Completed forms can be emailed to scholarshipsanddonations@rmsi.coop or dropped off at your local Rocky Mountain Supply store for consideration. We appreciate the opportunity to partner with organizations that share our commitment to serving Southwest Montana.
