Montana Energy Alliance, LLC. was formed July 1, 2001 as a joint venture between Rocky Mountain Supply, Inc. and Vigilante Electric Cooperative to market and distribute propane. All sales, distribution, and accounting of Rocky Mountain Supply's former bulk propane will be handled by MEA.
